My background

I began my first watch repair job in 1977 in California apprenticing under an older watchmaker.

• Attended repair school in 1979- under scholarship with most expenses paid- at WOSTEP (Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Educational Program) in NEUCHATEL, SWITZERLAND 1979……
  
  Swiss instructor was Antoine Simone (now retired) who was later honored as a Fellow of the American Watch and Clockmakers Institute.
  • Became CERTIFIED MASTER WATCHMAKER------Examination passed in 1983------American Watchmakers Institute
  • Became CERTIFIED MASTER Electronic watchmaker------Examination passed in 1985------American Watchmakers Institute
• LIFETIME Member--American Watch and Clock makers Institute since 1978
• Various travel /Repair/Job experiences since 1977 in the USA, Switzerland, and New Zealand
• Since 1989 in Manhattan, Kansas at the same location
