Welcome to Timekeeper Watch and Clock Repair!

What has served my customers well over the years is not claiming to repair all things for all people. If a particular item is brought in, such as an Atmos Clock (which requires special factory tools, training, and experience) I would tell you that I could not repair it. There is no keeping your item for months with excuses as to why it is not done. Instead, I would refer you to someone qualified to repair it.

Sure, I take on repair challenges, but not at the customer’s expense!

Grandfather clock house calls (limited travel area)

House calls on Grandfather clocks-call for an estimate on the different charges/choices you may have with this type of clock. House calls are set up by appointment- Partial jobs and attempts to "get the clock  going” are not guaranteed---describe the clock’s problem over the phone and it may be solved by reviewing correct operation

Warranties

ON LABOR/WORKMANSHIP ONLY-NOT PARTS as follows;

• Clocks: ALL major repairs (cleaned, oiled, pivots polished, plates bushed-wear removed as found) - 2 yr. warranty
• Modern upgraded German made clock replacement movements REPLACING SAME as appropriate - 3 yr. warranty

• Quartz clock replacement movements - 1-3yrs. depending on movement
• Watches: major repairs/overhauls - 1 yr
• Partial Repairs for either Clocks or Watches RECIEVE a warranty ON WORK PERFORMED ONLY
